I believe growth happens when we support both inner balance and future readiness. That’s why my work bridges two worlds:

I work with schools, districts, and community partners to develop innovative educational opportunities for students to help individuals develop self-awareness, discover purpose, and explore their full potential.. Through the ACED Project and other initiatives, I help schools:

• Build student awareness of real-world careers
• Integrate hands-on learning and soft skills development
• Connect classrooms with business and community resources

🔹 4 I Am Yoga

I continue to teach yoga and mindfulness practices that support stress reduction, resilience, and personal growth—for schools, individuals and groups. Together, these efforts create a whole-person approach to success—supporting both wellness and workforce development.
